The command to see the mail queue from ssh is:
mailq

To show messages awaiting delivery:
/usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/mailqueuemng

Another useful command to watch what emails are being sent and received in the mail log is:
tail -f /usr/local/psa/var/log/maillog
